Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality degree preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Train and supervise front desk agents and front office staff; maintain dress and grooming standards.
• Address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees.
