Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and deliver excellent guest service. You will train staff, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a front desk or guest service role, strong communication skills, and familiarity with hotel management software, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in front desk or guest service with supervisory experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide ongoing training and development for front office staff.
• Escalate difficult guest situations when needed.
