The role requires 2 years of hospitality experience and 2 years of supervisory responsibility, plus proficiency with MS Office. Enjoy a dynamic, guest-focused workplace with a practical weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years in hospitality or customer service, hotel, vacation rental or vacation ownership experience is a big plus.
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Act as the Manager on Duty as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, e-mails, and meetings
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, investigate and resolve issues
• Create and follow up on work orders to vendors and maintenance team
• Supervise Friday, Saturday, Sunday check-in
• Mentor and supervise a small team of associates
• Conduct pre- and post-arrival hospitality calls to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of local events and activities
