Job summary

Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown 17th Street is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services and guide a team in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

You will oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, and VIP requests, while training staff, monitoring daily operations, and supporting revenue-driven initiatives. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory hotel experience are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive hotel supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework helpful).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Lead front desk team and train new associates.
• Monitor logs, messages, and packages to ensure timely service.
