Home2 Suites Ashburn is seeking a Room Attendant to own the daily housekeeping tasks and guest room preparation in a friendly hotel setting. You will communicate with guests and housekeeping staff to ensure timely service and high standards of cleanliness.

The role focuses on cleaning rooms, maintaining common areas, assisting guests, and reporting needed repairs. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest communication skills.
• Ability to follow standards for cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms for arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Provide high levels of guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Report damages or repairs to management.
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping Manager.
