Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Front Desk Associate to help set the tone for memorable guest stays. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and manage billing with professionalism across multiple touchpoints.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with a focus on exceptional guest service. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Huntley/Shoshone Hotel location in Big Sky, MT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
• Provide clear directions and accurate billing information to guests.
• Handle guest information and financial transactions with discretion and care.
• Communicate professionally over phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
