Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a Seasonal Full Time Skier Services Lead to oversee daily operations, guide the team, and ensure outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include training new associates, assisting members with snowsports gear, setting up equipment, handling reservations, and maintaining member communication. This role emphasizes service excellence in a private mountain community.

Qualifications

• Two years working experience in ski resort hospitality preferred.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Train and help integrate new associates into the operation, be available to answer questions to ensure the team is operating efficiently.
• Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.
• Setting up boots and gear for members and guests.
• Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed.
• Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities.
• Properly communicating with Club staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations.
• Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence.
