Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills and familiarity with hospitality practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in, verify reservations, and explain services.
• Handle check-out, process payments, and issue receipts with accurate billing.
• Answer calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and advise on local amenities and directions.
• Perform administrative duties and keep the front desk organized.
• Monitor access and issue visitor badges; follow security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Multitask across reception, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests as needed.
