Job summary

InnVentures is hiring a Front Desk Agent at the Residence Inn Downtown Seattle Lake Union to create memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will manage guest questions, requests and reservations, ensuring accuracy and courtesy throughout the stay.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to read and write clearly, and comfort with basic technology. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required to deliver superior service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions about the local area and facilities and provide directions/resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transfers, messages and reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
