Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and create memorable stays. Join a chic, contemporary hotel with a vibrant South Florida energy, minutes from the airport and the beach.

You will handle guest inquiries with empathy, assist with local dining and attractions, coordinate with other departments, and maintain a polished front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
