Job summary

Holiday Inn Portland Airport, operated by Pdk Airport LLC, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, handle reservations, and deliver top-notch service across day and overnight shifts. The role supports hotel operations and follows IHG brand standards.

You'll need strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and dependability. Hotel front desk experience is a plus, and you must be flexible for evenings, weekends,

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.
Answer questions, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
Process payments, maintain accurate records, and protect guest information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
Follow IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
Night Audit: complete nightly financial reports, reconcile daily transactions, monitor overnight hotel activity, and assist with setting up the morning breakfast buffet as needed.
