Job summary

Pdk Airport LLC DBA Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor. The role oversees guest rooms, laundry, and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and consistency with Holiday Inn standards.

You will train and coach a team, monitor supplies and equipment, and handle guest concerns while promoting teamwork and safe practices. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and effective communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet Holiday Inn standards.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members.
• Monitor supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Help resolve guest concerns and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Step in to assist with cleaning when the team needs support.
• Promote teamwork, safe work practices, and a positive work environment.
