Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a Full-Time Front Desk Associate at Hampton Roads Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs with warmth, resolve issues, and assist guests and teammates as the go-to problem solver.

Candidates should have customer service experience, hospitality or leadership background, a high school diploma, and ability to use hotel systems. Lifting 50 lbs required; on-site role with excellent benefits including health coverage and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest relations.
• Hospitality or leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort using hotel management systems (PMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the main point of contact for guests and team members.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Assist and train new front desk staff and provide coaching.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily tasks such as event sheets, business center support, and lobby upkeep.
