Atrium Hospitality’s Hampton Roads Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA is hiring a full-time housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas while restocking amenities and supporting guest comfort.

We value service, teamwork, and flexibility; prior housekeeping experience is preferred, a high school diploma is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a varied schedule including mornings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience; ability to use a vacuum and spot smudges.
• Customer service mindset; friendly, helpful attitudes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina; lift up to 50 lbs, be on feet for the shift.
• Flexible schedule; mornings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas—beds made, bathrooms sparkling, dust-free.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities so guests feel cared for.
• Sort laundry, operate machines safely, handle linen.
• Keep cart and closets organized for a tidy workspace.
• Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training.
