Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate for our Hampton Roads Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA. The role focuses on maintaining spotless public areas and assisting housekeeping to ensure a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have janitorial or hotel cleaning experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), keen attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eye for detail; spotless lobby mirrors and fresh lobby scents.
• Physically able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, stay active.
• Flexible availability—days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless—lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and more.
• Tackle deep-cleaning projects like carpet care and floor polishing.
• Ensure cleaning carts and supply closets are stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and prepping rooms.
• Respond to guest needs and safety concerns quickly and with a smile.
