You will handle guest services, help with concierge duties, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and during departure.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues within guidelines.
• Contribute to guest relations/concierge duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive desk atmosphere and collaborate with other departments.
• Follow cash/credit handling and banking procedures for check-ins/outs.
• Be available for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Provide accurate information about local businesses and attractions.
