Blo East Norriton is seeking a vibrant Guest Experience Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our salon in East Norriton, PA. You will greet guests, manage bookings, and deliver a warm, seamless experience from arrival to departure.

As the first smile guests see, you will handle inquiries, process transactions, upsell services, and collaborate with stylists to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences in a beauty-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and appointment booking software.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and seamless salon experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage appointment scheduling, booking, and confirmations using salon software.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Process transactions, retail sales, and memberships at the front desk.
• Promote and upsell salon services, packages, and retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Collaborate with stylists and salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
