Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred.

• Ability to work weekends and peak hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
• Participate in routine up-training and skill development.
• Assist with selling hair packages or memberships and beauty products.
• Support stylists and beauty technicians as part of the team.
• Oversee scheduling and bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
