Belliard’s Salon & Spa in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a friendly, polished Front Desk Guest Experience Coordinator. This front desk role focuses on greeting guests, answering calls, booking and managing appointments, processing payments, and educating guests about services, memberships, and products.

Light social media support is part of the position, including posting approved content and capturing content with permission. Schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or a salon/spa front desk.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Comfort with technology and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience and Front Desk
• Welcome every guest warmly and create a polished, relaxing first impression.
• Answer telephone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage salon and spa appointments.
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate guest information.
• Educate guests about services, memberships, packages, promotions, gift cards, and home-care products.
• Support the salon and spa’s rebooking, membership, retail, and guest-retention goals.
• Help resolve guest questions or concerns with care, professionalism, and discretion.
• Communicate closely with service providers to help the day run smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and retail area.
• Assist with spa parties, special events, and seasonal promotions.
• Complete general administrative and front desk tasks as assigned.
