Job summary

True North Hotel Group Inc is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our Springhill Suites/TownePlace Suites in Wrentham, MA. This role supports front office operations and delivers exceptional guest service in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and/or related experience preferred.
• Ability to move, lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Previous hospitality management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Front Office operations and personnel.
• Foster friendly and efficient service for guests.
• Oversee office personnel.
• Greet guests and check them in, issue room keys, direct guests to rooms and areas.
• Respond to guest questions in person or over the phone.
• Assist with dining, entertainment and transportation reservations as needed.
• Clerical duties including answering phones, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
