Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Front Office operations and personnel.
• Foster an atmosphere of friendly and efficient service for guests.
• Oversee office personnel.
• Greet guests and check them in, issue room keys, and direct guests to rooms.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone.
• Fulfill guests' needs and assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations as needed.
• Clerical duties including answering calls, taking messages, and reservations.
