Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests’ needs including registration and checkout.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the computer verifying reservation and credit information.
• Promote the Hotel’s Reward Program.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at registration and checkout.
