Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and set the tone for a memorable stay. You’ll handle phones, payments, and guest accounts with a courteous, professional approach.

In this fast-paced role you’ll share local recommendations, coordinate with housekeeping, and occasionally drive the hotel shuttle. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Share local recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
