Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests from check-in to check-out with friendly, efficient service. You will handle phones, inquiries, payments, and maintain accurate guest accounts while offering local recommendations.

The role requires strong communication, calmness under pressure, and basic computer and cash-handling skills. Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling payments.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Share local recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
