Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Shea Blvd AZ is hiring for a friendly front desk role focused on quick, courteous guest check-ins and helpful guest interactions. You will assist guests, answer questions, and help ensure each stay is enjoyable.

This position features rotating 8 hour shifts from 7am to 7am across the week. We value a people-oriented team player with strong communication and basic computer skills, capable of maintaining inventory and collaborating with bell staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership when needed.
• Basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously by all staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up is completed.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures and friendly service.
