Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Shea Blvd AZ is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry staff. You will oversee inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning housekeeping work, with opportunities to grow in hiring and interviewing staff for your department.

The role emphasizes supervision, strong guest service, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment to ensure top-quality stays for guests.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong Guest Service skills
• Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments
• Provide support and fill in when necessary
• Hire and train new members of the team
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests
