Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Colorado is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences by delivering technical product education and leading the sales floor as part of the store leadership team.

You will monitor daily performance metrics, participate in hiring, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment. Schedule includes varied shifts and on-site work with no travel required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to provide an exceptional guest experience and supervise on duty as needed
• Deliver technical product education to guests and support store performance on the floor
• Review daily business data and assist in driving sales goals and coaching the team
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training for store staff
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members to foster development
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and support collaboration across roles
• Oversee store readiness, open/close procedures, and adherence to operations standards
• Balance guest needs with operational requirements to maintain a high service level
• Engage with guests to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction
