COCOON is seeking a friendly, professional Design Studio Host to be the first voice and face in West Chester, PA. You will blend hospitality, organization, and efficiency to create a warm, polished front desk experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

This role supports guests from greeting to meeting prep, manages calls and inboxes, coordinates with vendors, and helps convey COCOON’s care in every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, or office admin is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfort with technology and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the COCOON Design Studio.
• Answer phones, walk-ins, and inquiries.
• Manage the [e-mail] inbox.
• Greet guests and connect them with the right people.
• Maintain stocked refreshments and office supplies.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Prepare meeting spaces and assist with presentations.
