Beyond the Box is a design-first kitchen and bath studio in Billings, MT. We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist who creates the first impression of the company and keeps clients, trade partners, and designers moving smoothly through scheduling and follow-up.

The role is full-time, in-person at our Billings showroom, with a focus on hospitality, organization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure every guest feels welcome and every detail is handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a front desk, client service, or office coordinator role (design, hospitality, or high-end retail is a plus).
• Comfort with technology: CRM (HubSpot a plus), email, shared calendars, Google or Microsoft tools.
• The instinct to catch what's missing and handle it before it becomes a problem.
• A warm, polished presence in person and on the phone.
• Organization and follow-through you can be proud of, every single day.

Responsibilities

• Greet every client, trade partner, and walk-in, and get them to the right designer fast
• Own the phones, the inbox, and the designer calendars so nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep HubSpot clean: log new leads, update contacts, and make sure nobody gets lost between the first call and the first meeting
• Keep the showroom looking like a showroom: samples back in place, displays tidy, coffee on
• Handle the details that keep projects moving: scheduling, paperwork, deliveries, follow-up calls
• Be a real teammate to our designers, not just a desk they walk past
