COCOON is seeking a friendly, professional Design Studio Host to be the first voice and face in West Chester, PA. You will blend hospitality, organization, and efficiency to create a warm, polished front desk experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

This role supports guests from greeting to meeting prep, manages calls and inboxes, coordinates with vendors, and helps convey COCOON’s care in every touchpoint.

At COCOON, we’re reimagining the remodeling experience-making it simple, inspiring, and personal for every homeowner.

As the Design Studio Host, you’ll be the first voice and face that guests encounter when they visit or contact COCOON. You’ll create a warm, polished, and professional first impression from the front desk of our Design Studio in West Chester, PA. Beyond the front desk, you’ll ensure our office runs smoothly and reflects the same care and attention to detail that defines every COCOON project.

This role blends hospitality, organization, and efficiency – ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, anticipating needs, and making others feel genuinely welcome.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Guest Experience

• Perform all Opening and Closing tasks for the COCOON Design Studio.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, walk-ins, and Design Studio guests.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and monitor voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Manage the [e-mail] inbox, ensuring every inquiry is answered or directed to the right person.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism, helping to connect them with the right people.

Office Management

• Keep the studio stocked and ready by ordering refreshments, snacks, and office supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospitality space, and breakroom
• Take out trash and restock bathroom essentials as needed.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Manage keys for the office, storage units, and fleet.
• Monitor the condition of the Design Studio and office spaces, proactively identifying and resolving maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Manage relationships with office vendors and serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning services, maintenance providers, office supply vendors, and other facility related partners.
• Support internal communications and assist with company announcements.
• Prepare the Design Studio and conference rooms for customer meetings, including pre-loading presentations and some cleaning touch ups.
• Display graphics on the Design Studio TVs to welcome guests and celebrate internal events.
