Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is seeking a Rental Coordinator to guide customers from the first inquiry through the RV’s return, ensuring a confident and informed adventure. You’ll coordinate with Rental, Service, Detail, and Store teams to prepare vehicles, manage reservations, payments, and deposits, and address questions throughout the rental experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.

• Basic computer skills; learn TSD and other company systems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn RV systems and rental operations.
• RV experience not required; related experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the right RV, answer questions, provide quotes, and secure reservations.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, deposits, schedules, customer records, and follow-up using TSD and other company systems.
• Coordinate with Rental, Service, and Detail teams to ensure RVs are prepared and ready for scheduled departures.
• Guide customers through departures, RV walkthroughs, returns, and questions throughout their rental experience.
• Address customer concerns, damage, breakdowns, and unexpected issues while communicating and escalating when needed.
• Identify and pursue new rental opportunities to generate additional reservations and grow the rental business.
• Keep the rental operation organized, communicate priorities clearly, and pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
