Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Camping Specialist in Ashland, Virginia, to help customers embrace the RV lifestyle by providing expert guidance and hands-on demonstrations. In this role, you'll assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories and ensure they have a memorable ownership experience.

Ideal candidates possess retail or customer service experience, and while RV industry experience is a plus, it's not required. Alongside a competitive culture, General RV offers extensive training and benefits, including medical and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and thorough RV delivery demonstrations.
• Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance RV ownership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked parts department.
• Provide customer service that supports long‑term RV ownership experience.
• Engage in weekly training related to RV systems and product knowledge.
