Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Tucson seeks a Lead Cashier to drive guest experiences and cashwrap excellence. You’ll train new cashiers, oversee open/close procedures, and ensure accurate transactions while promoting loyalty and credit programs.

This role requires 2 years of cashier experience, a high school diploma (preferred), strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task and problem‑solve.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and promote Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available for flexible scheduling.
