Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions to deliver service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with guests.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive loyalty and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
