Qualifications

• Ability to manage transactions accurately and resolve guest concerns.
• Demonstrated sales ability and comfort with products and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store goals for sales, loyalty, and guest experience.
• Greet guests, assist with makeup applications and product recommendations.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
• Open/close registers and support cashier training and peer coaching.
