Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and uphold cashwrap standards with a focus on loyalty and guest experience. You’ll assist in training new cashiers and cross-training, while driving sales and service metrics across the store.

Responsibilities include leading open/close register tasks, maintaining displays, and collaborating with teammates to deliver an exceptional, brand‑driven guest journey every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with associates for makeup or services.
• Train new cashiers and cross‑train associates in cashiering.
• Lead cashwrap integrity and maintain displays.
• Open/close registers as directed by the manager on duty.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
