Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions with excellent service and ensure cashwrap standards across the store.

You will train new cashiers, cross-train associates, and partner with the leadership team to meet sales, loyalty, and service objectives while maintaining store cleanliness and compliance.

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma preferred; 2 years retail cashier experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem‑solve.
• Passion for guest service and ability to sell.
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize interactions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a beauty advisor for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness.
