Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and support opening/closing duties. You will greet guests, drive loyalty enrollment, and help train new cashiers to deliver an exceptional experience.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays while upholding store standards and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest transactions, returns, and exchanges effectively.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and enroll guests in Ulta Beauty app.
• Support leadership with opening/closing register functions and inspections.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
