Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier in a fast-paced retail environment in Atlanta. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, sales engagement, and loyalty program promotion.

You will train new cashiers and coordinate with the team to deliver a seamless checkout experience. Responsibilities include managing cashwrap operations, assisting with makeup applications, and supporting store events while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Greet guests and provide personalized service, engaging each guest and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Pair guests with an associate to perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales targets.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to teamwork and store culture.
