Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing service, and recommending products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist in makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure guest-readiness.
