Job summary

The Hobbled Horse, on the Wavetronix campus in Springville, Utah, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor (Pub Steward) to lead front-of-house operations. This hands-on role shapes our service culture, supports daily operations, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

You will manage opening and closing procedures, coordinate with the kitchen, mentor staff, and help hire, onboard, and develop talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality, restaurant, café, hotel, or food service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
• Partner with kitchen to create a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Manage front-of-house inventory and supplies.
• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members.
• Train employees on service standards and hospitality expectations.
