Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Utah is seeking a Lead Server to guide the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional service to members and guests, and support daily operations.

You will lead during shifts, coordinate sections, mentor staff on menu knowledge and wine service, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards.

This role requires leadership presence, excellent communication, flexibility for weekends and events, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end restaurant, club, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Lead server, captain, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility for weekends/evenings/events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during assigned shifts and serve as the primary contact for servers when management is unavailable.
• Assist with assigning sections, opening/closing duties, and daily service priorities.
• Monitor dining room flow, table maintenance, pacing, and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and management throughout service.
• Ensure service standards and restaurant procedures are followed; support POS procedures and events.
