Job summary

The role requires strong guest service, leadership, scheduling, and familiarity with restaurant software; an eye for inventory accuracy and staff development. On-site, full-time position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required and strong de-escalation skills.
• Inventory management experience and staff scheduling ability.
• Knowledge of alcohol licenses and food safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly/monthly inventory and suggest improvements.
• Train staff and perform culture checks.
• Schedule staff and monitor time/attendance; prepare labor reports.
• Provide superior guest service and handle guest interactions to de-escalate issues.
• Assist GS Manager with delivery platforms and to-go orders.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
