• Lead daily Guest Services operations and support teammates.
• Assist with guest inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate daily activities with other hotel departments.
• Escort arriving guests and provide basic hotel information and directions to guestrooms.
• Maintain a calm, organized environment and uphold service standards.
