You will inspect rooms, train staff, and manage daily assignments while maintaining excellent guest service and a smooth operation. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams is preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality and standards.
