Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and uphold high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

You will coach staff, manage supplies, and respond to guest needs, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service for a luxury Houston experience.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate team members as needed.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign tasks and manage inventory to control expenses while maintaining service levels.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure exceptional experience.
• Log items in Lost and Found and answer inquiries for accountability.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests and assets.
• Adhere to attendance policies and perform other duties as assigned.
