Job summary

The Westin Edina Galleria in Edina, MN is seeking a House Attendant to support room attendants and keep guest rooms, public spaces, and exterior areas clean to hotel standards. You will interact professionally with guests and help the team achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities include housekeeping tasks, stock replenishment, and assisting with guest requests while maintaining a neat, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail and speed and accuracy, using good judgement.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on own and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Interact professionally with guests and support team to meet goals.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep assigned areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Assist in cleaning and replenishing guest rooms and public spaces as directed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
