Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a similar position at a full-service hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to taste food and alcohol during trainings and menu updates.
• Tips training certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and meals to guests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine and champagne varieties, and glassware.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and enforce hotel policies.
• Greet guests, process payments, and assist with upselling beverage and menu items.
