Job summary

The Westin Edina Galleria in Edina, MN is seeking a House Attendant to assist in cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and exterior areas to hotel standards. You will interact with guests professionally and support the team to achieve common goals.

Eligible candidates should have prior housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and flexibility to work a daytime schedule. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and Marriott hotel travel discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on own and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate through hotel systems.
• Assist Room Attendants to clean and replenish guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Deliver items promptly and ensure timely completion of work.
• Keep public areas clean and stocked; report defects.
