Marriott Minneapolis West | CSM Lodging Services St Louis Park, MN 55426, USA is hiring for a housekeeping associate. You will clean guest rooms to company standards, assist guests with friendly service, and follow health rules to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include stocking amenities, maintaining carts and equipment, and supporting other departments as needed. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; rate is $18.00 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and ensure necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms.
• Ensure cart, linen, rooms, and equipment are clean and in working order.
• Be accountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the property.
• Respond to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing high-quality service.
• Work as a team player and assist other departments as necessary.
• Follow company guest service recovery and lost-and-found procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report needs.
